Our team collects, stores and makes available in very user-friendly databases all the properties that come on the market in the second-hand, new homes and development land markets, the Dublin commercial property market, and also main multi-unit planning applications.
Subscribers can analyse local markets (from county to street level) to see what is happening in terms of supply, unit types, pricing and price trends.
*Our information is based on advertised property details so there are gaps – in particular a lot of commercial property is advertised without prices. PWL is developing ways of acquiring more details on each property, and in the meantime because we track all kinds of sources we have more information than is available through any other channel.
